The community at Ikal Living consists of five individual buildings. Each home comprises the entire floor of the building. The bottom floor, or garden level homes afford the owner a huge outdoor living area that extends from the kitchen, dining room, and living area. This outdoor living area is the largest of the three levels.

There garden level homes are available in two- or three- bedroom plans.  They range in size from 1,917 ft² to 1,984 ft² (178.1 m² to 184.3 m²).
